Back to topic , well , just finished the final exam of 2nd semester . Toughest period i have gone through so far . Found myself weak in every sense this time . Not necessary because of the exam is too hot to handle , the problem could be myself . Anyway , after what i have gone through , i feel like there is nothing i couldnt take or face in the future . Never afraid of a crisis and take thing as it comes . Learnt from it !

Met an accident on the way to my aunt house . very unfortunate la .my car's ass hit by nisssan sentra .

How the heck it happened ? Firstly , a female driver driving her perodua alza couldnt break in time . Her car crashed into the front of her car which is Mitsubishi Pajero .
The impact was quite hard until the Pajero crashed into his front car ( nisssan sentra)and the nissan sentra crashed into mine . So 4 car involved here , no injuries for everyone involved so that the most important thing.











Nothing serious happened to my car . Just need to polished up abit on the bumper .

Went to attend health fair organised by The Star with my buddy terrance . Know this fair from The Star's news and was quite looking forward to the event . A timely boost to help me to take charge of my physical , mental and emotional well-being .

Manage to attend a talk given by Jojo Struys . The topic was how to become a more postive and confident perosn . The talk is good for me as i learnt some techniques to become a more positive and confident person .

逆境是人生的宝藏

我们在遇到困难和身处逆境时，不要茫然不知所措，灰心丧气，也不应该一时的挫折而轻言放弃，应该相信，风浪后将是平静的海洋，坎坷后面将是平坦的大道。

既然“人生不顺事常十之八九：，那么摆在我们面前的任务是克服苦难，超越逆境，开创人生新天地。

Hey guys ,i am down recently . It was about stress and mental problem . Having actually been staying at home and didnt go to school for 1 week ,it really killed me .Only God know what I was thinking during that period .Well , I just hoped i have learnt the lesson and control my emotion and soul better.

Receive a lot of supports from everyone recently . Some of it really surprised me .
Knowing how easily something can taken away from me ,I feel really blessed getting unconditional supports when things goes wrong . Thanks my family , relative , my friends and most importantly GOD. I am quite sure this is the new life-learning lesson for me . It will give me a lot of courage and motivation .

Seriously , so blessed :)

Is it because the self pressure that have overwhelmed me or the side effect of fainting after donating blood ? I think I dont want think anymore . Be positive and stay strong because there are many people who really concerned about me and also the fact that nothing is so pressure until one couldnt handle .

Finally , it takes time to recover . Be patience. Pray hard . Good luck .

My life is so crazy

Can you imagine ? today i fainted after donating blood . I am really surprised and overwhelmed by my body and its health too . Though this is the first time i fainted , all the while which is a total of six times , i gone through without any hardship .

They(first aid unit members) say is normal because low blood pressure due to dilated blood vessels, which causes a decrease in blood flow to the brain.

Well , I though i have fainted because of emotional stress ?! why i say that ?
my lifestyle is too crazy . Instead of taking rest after i fainted , i hang out with buddies and drink alittle bit of beer until 3 something midnight . my body now have been toxicated and paralyses . I felt really guilty for treating my body like this . My body deserve 100% of mine care , if not better .LOL

Ford Roadshow is going on at Sunway Pyramid

Get close & personal with the Ford roadshow at Blue Concourse, Sunway Pyramid, Subang.Starting on 22 February 2012 until 26 February 2012 . My friend was looking to buy a new truck at that time , he almost booked the new Toyota Hilux until we saw the roadshow displaying the new ford ranger.It had caught my friend's attention after which he decided to made a booking .
